Design and Environmental Evaluation Processes

The purpose of Phase 3 is to develop the project design, following selection of a preferred route option. Together with both technical and environmental inputs, the design of the route will progress to a stage where sufficient levels of detail exist to establish landtake requirements, to identify and mitigate project impacts and to progress the project through the statutory processes. Subject to TII approval, the project will progress to Phase 4.
