Concept and Feasibility – Complete

The purpose of Phase 1 was to develop and investigate in further detail the feasibility of the project and to implement the project management structure. Additionally, this phase aimed to define the study area and engage in the public consultation process. The outcome of this consultation highlighted several feasible corridors within the study area. Based on these findings, approval was received to proceed to Phase 2.

Phase 1 commenced in Q3 2023 and was completed in Q2 2024.
